Andrew Guerrier

Client Engagement Director

Andrew builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, families, and referral partners to drive satisfaction, retention, and referral growth while ensuring a high-quality client experience across the agency.

Megan Fenceroy MSN, NP-C

Executive Clinical Director

Megan provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the agency while overseeing clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving high-quality, patient-centered care as a licensed nurse practitioner.

Janice Davis, RN

Clinical Director

Janice oversees scheduling and ensures seamless coordination of care. Additionally, she provides vital nursing guidance and personalized parent support, ensuring families and patients receive the best possible care.

Blythe Floyd, RN

Revenue Cycle & Compliance Supervisor

Blythe oversees all billing operations to ensure accuracy and timely reimbursement, while also leading Medicaid compliance and documentation standards across the organization.

Avary Davenport, LPN

Alora Trainer & PCA Supervisor

Avary leads Alora system training and promotes consistency in documentation and care practices. Additionally, Avary provides caregiver oversight, ensuring PCAs are supported, and consistently meeting company standards for quality and compliance.

Alden Parrish

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Alden oversees recruiting and onboarding efforts, ensuring candidates are effectively screened, selected, and prepared for their roles. She maintains compliance with hiring requirements, while creating a structured and welcoming onboarding process for all new team members.

Revive Private Care staff follows all Georgia mandated policies and procedures and operates in compliance with required state laws.
