GAPP is a Medicaid program that provides nursing services to medically fragile children under 21 at NO COST to the family. This program gives the family support by providing a licensed health care professional to assist with the care of their child.

Is your child under 21? Does your child require skilled nursing or personal care assistance for activities of daily living? Is your child insured by Medicaid or Katie Beckett waiver? If so, then your child may qualify for services through GAPP.
